Born in the Netherlands, grown up in a small small village, as second daughter of a family of 5 children. I learned to develop my own talents and search for and plan my own career. With a lot of learning up and downs I made my path. From secretary to insight sales to HR to Learning & Organizational Development in several branches and for different (multinational) companies. I grew in my expertise Learning & Development and am now having my own small business Hamewith talent development.
Through BusinessModelGeneration I got to know about BusinessModelYou Canvas. A wonderful model I uses a lot in (career)coaching, workshops, lecturing, teambuilding and so on. One of the strong parts is to identify your personal and professional identity statement and to get to understand your added value better. Combining it with insights about yourself (communication style, passion, need, talents) the best context where you can flourish and making a time plan, gives this you a quick overview of what you want to achieve and how you can take the first coming steps. And dare to speak up about who you are and what you want to achieve in the marketplace. For yourself but also possible as a team.

The location of coaching / workshops depends on what your preferences are. It can be your office, and you're welcome in my office. But I do also remote coaching and consultation e.g. by Skype / FaceTime.
